Biography

Chrysses is a Senior Consultant, Managing partner of CNE Business Development Ltd and founder of the Smart Cities Mediterranean Cluster.  

He has over 30 years of global experience working in senior positions for companies and multinational organizations, providing strategic, business, operations, administrative and technical leadership. 

Since 2002, Chrysses is actively involved with the design and development of projects relating to the European strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth. 

Chrysses is a Member of the Mission Board of the European Commission since July 2019, consisting of 15 high level experts to develop and implement the EU Mission for Climate-Neutral and Smart Cities.
