Lefteris Perikli

Mr. Lefteris Perikli, graduated secondary education, and his involvement with public affairs dates since the 2000s. Particularly, in 2000 and up to date, Mr. Perikli has been voted as President of the Community Council of Apesia village in Limassol. Ten years later in 2010, Mr. Perikli was elected as President of the Union of Limassol Communities, which represents the 102 Communities of Limassol district. At the same time, he was elected as Board President of Development Agency of Lemesos Ltd, dealing mostly with European funds provided to local authorities. 

During his long-term service for local authorities, Mr. Perikli has also been selected to various posts, such as Member of the Board of Cyprus Union of Communities and also Limassol Tourism Board. Moreover, Mr. Perikli has been Cyprus representative as Vice President, and nowadays President, of the Committee of Local Authorities at the European Congress.

Mr. Perikli was born in Apesia village Limassol, on 12 February 1957, he is married and has two children, as also three grandchildren.
